We offer recreational classes (ages 2 to 99 at USAG Levels 1 & 2) and competitive gymnastics (USAG Levels 3-10; Excel & GIJO).  Our Tumbling and Tumbling for Cheerleaders classes help beginners learn the most simple skills (forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, etc.) while challenging experts to perfect their most difficult skills (back handsprings, layouts, layouts full twists or even double-doubles).  For those who want to have fun while building strength and flexibility, we make gymnastics and tumbling a blast!  For those who want to prepare for scholarships or the Olympics, we make success achievable and fun.  Few people make gymnastics or tumbling their life, but everyone can profit from gymnastics in their life!  We are conveniently located one mile south of Rakow Rd and one block west of Highway 31 (one block east of Virginia) for all families in Lake In The Hills, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Cary, Huntley, Barrington, Carpentersville, Dundee, Marengo, Union, Woodstock, and the rest of McHenry County.

Boy and Girl Scout Troops, Church and Community Youth Organizations, Elementary School groups and Parent Teacher Associations, Preschool and Special Needs Programs now partner with us to raise money and offer novel physical education experiences.  Contact us to schedule an outing for your group.
